The Malaysian custom gave us the LMW License which enabled us to get the raw materials without duties.
Secondly, as important as the first, the most appreciation should be given to all the valuable customers. Without their support the company has never made growth in the past and the future as well. In order to get continuous support from the customers, I give to all the staff of the company to give the first priority to the concept of
"Customers Satisfaction". To realize this target, our company policies are as follows:-
1. All the staff of the company make continuous and positive effort to their very best
for the Quality Assurance of our products.
2. Every staff must fully understand the purpose of his own duties and try to improve
the method to the best of his / her knowledge everyday.
3. Keep good communication with the spirit of "Respect Each Other" in the
organization in order to have good Teamwork.
I will continue to operate the company with all my staff to realize the above target and achieve further growth for the benefit of all the parties involve in the company.
